Senior Enterprise Architecture Leader

We are seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise Architecture Leader to join our team and drive impactful architecture solutions for our clients in the Financial Services Industry (FSI).

This is a key leadership position focused on defining and delivering enterprise architecture strategies, translating business goals into effective technology solutions, designing robust architectures, mentoring junior architects, and staying ahead of emerging trends.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a hands-on
Engineer/Architect with a strong Computer Science background, deep Enterprise Architecture experience within the FSI domain, and excellent stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.

About the Role
  • Define and deliver enterprise architecture strategies for FSI clients
  • Translate business goals into effective, innovative technology solutions
  • Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure architectures
  • Mentor junior architects and promote a high-performance culture
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends and technologies
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience as a hands-on Engineer/Architect with a strong Computer Science background
  • Deep Enterprise Architecture experience within the FSI domain
  • Strong understanding of modern tech stacks, systems design, and solution integration
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for innovation and delivering client impact
