Advanced ICU Nurse

This is a challenging role for skilled nurses to provide exceptional patient care in the high-pressure environment of an ICU. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate nurse to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients, working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide direct patient care, administering medications, performing procedures and assessing patient conditions.
- To work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- To maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, ensuring timely updates and communication with the healthcare team.
- To participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and technologies.
We require a Diploma in Nursing or equivalent, with at least 1 year of clinical experience preferably in Medical/Surgical Unit or equivalent. Enrolled with Singapore Nursing Board is also required.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A meticulous and analytical approach to problem-solving is essential, along with a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
- Minimum Diploma in Nursing or equivalent
- Enrolled with Singapore Nursing Board
- At least 1 year of clinical experience preferably in Medical/Surgical Unit or equivalent
- Able to work on shifts (including night shift)
- Highly adaptable to new challenging environments
