Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Programme Manager to join our team at SYNAPXE PTE. LTD.

About the Role

This is a senior-level position that requires a strong background in programme management, with a focus on operational excellence and strategic planning.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple programmes across the organisation, ensuring timely execution of key deliverables, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day activities in the Program Management Office for related Logistics projects.
  • Analyse project timelines with project managers and ensure timely execution of key deliverables such as project approval preparations, costings, and resource planning.
  • Report and analyse delivery balance scorecard KPIs, including budget utilisation, and highlight any areas of concern for stakeholders to address.
  • Lead and monitor functional groups (IT), Operations, and partners to ensure facility/manpower/system readiness.
  • Initiate and implement process improvements opportunities to enhance performance and develop a performance dashboard for all stakeholders.
  • Closely organise, monitor, and implement projects with teams to ensure speedy operational stabilisation, risk mitigations, signoffs, and closure.
  • Manage and operationalise demand management processes and guidelines with rigor in governance and compliance for yearly workplans.
  • Organise and support key user trainings, workshops, planned FAQs using GenAI, roadshows, and events for materials/documentations.
  • Support program/project IT audits with stakeholders and related secretariat duties.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Degree holder with 7-10 years of relevant working experience or Diploma holder in any discipline.
  • Working knowledge of process flow design and analysis, documentation work products including manuals, SOPs, training aids, and process documents.
  • Programme management experience; preferably in managing programmes in a large-sized organisation operating in a highly complex environment.
  • Ability to think strategically; understand, interpret, and apply policies as it applies to IT enablement; apply analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Well-developed communication, consultation, negotiation, and advocacy skills and a proven ability to establish and cultivate relationships with various key stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to initiate, manage, and report on programme activities and identify issues affecting performance outcomes.
  • Effective information-gathering through meeting facilitation, one-on-one interactions, and/or observations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this role is SGD $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
