  • Positive Discipline: Employ effective positive discipline strategies to manage student behavior, promoting responsible and respectful attitudes.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Establish strong relationships with parents through regular communication and collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless support for students.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum Qualification: Possess a minimum GCE 'O' Level qualification or equivalent, with strong proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • WSQ Certification (Advantageous): Holding a WSQ Student Care Centre Basic Course Certificate is highly beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Experience: Have at least 1 year of experience working with children, preferably in student care, teaching, or related fields.
  • Passion for Age Group: Demonstrate a genuine passion for working with children aged 7 to 12, providing personalized attention and support.
  • Desirable Skills: Show evidence of being responsible, caring, energetic, and able to engage children effectively.
