Role Summary:

A daily reconciliation and proofing officer is required to perform various tasks for the operations processing centre. This role involves ensuring accuracy and completeness of transactions, investigating and escalating outstanding items, identifying discrepancies in settlement reconciliations, and resolving them promptly.

The ideal candidate will have a diploma in a relevant field, understanding of operations processes, and ability to work independently with meticulous attention to detail. The role requires working 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced environment, handling large volumes of data with ease.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily reconciliation and proofing tasks to ensure accuracy and completeness of transactions
  • Investigate and escalate outstanding items for the day
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in settlement reconciliations
  • Support process improvements and adhere to internal controls and compliance standards to minimize operational risk
Requirements
  • Diploma in a relevant field
