Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Nondestructive Testing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for performing and interpreting nondestructive testing methods, including X-Ray Inspection, Ultrasonic Inspection, and Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in nondestructive testing and hold certifications such as NAS 410 or ASNT Level I, II, or III. Additionally, they should be able to read and understand manufacturing operation sheets and standard operating procedures in English.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform calibrations, NDT, and evaluations for acceptance or rejection of parts
  • Correctly interpret inspection operation sheets and work instructions
  • Organize, sort, and prepare parts for NDT inspection
  • Load, unload, and operate inspection equipment effectively
  • Ensure equipment operation readiness always
  • Assist engineers with inspection evaluation and reporting
  • Upkeep process systems and testing equipment to ensure continuous operations

Requirements:

Education:

  • Diploma holders in Aircraft Maintenance/Aerospace Engineering
  • Minimum GCE 'O' level and/or with 5 years' experience in Quality Inspection; or
  • Minimum GCE 'O' level and/or with 2 years' of NDT experience;

Certifications:

  • NAS 410 certification in any of the following methods: NDT – PT/NDT – X-Ray/NDT – UT /NDT – ECI /NDT – MPI
  • ASNT Level I, II, or III certification in any of the following methods: NDT – X-Ray/NDT – UT /NDT – ECI /NDT – MPI
