Job Title: Fire Protection Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Protection Engineer to join our team at EA Recruitment Pte Ltd. As a Fire Protection Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining fire protection systems to ensure the safety of people and property.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with project managers to confirm system designs and procurement
  • Monitor project progress of sub-contractors and conduct site inspections regularly
  • Manage sub-contractors for efficient and prompt completion of work
  • Ensure project is carried out according to schedule
  • Attend design and technical meetings with consultants, main contractors, and system specialists to ensure all aspects and requirements are met
  • Attend site meetings with owner, consultants, and main contractors on all matters related to project operation and coordination
  • Review tender specification requirements and supplier quotations for compliance
  • Raise material requisitions and arrange manpower for necessary works
  • Perform quantity take-offs and prepare cost breakdown and comparison sheets
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in the field
