About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Design Research Manager to lead our design research team and drive innovation in our consumer banking division. As a leader, you will be responsible for establishing a quality bar for your team, promoting accountability, and helping your team members develop their skills and expertise.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Balance quality and delivery while managing a team of researchers and designers
- Foster creative friction and psychological safety within your team
- Provide small professional feedback often and share feedback on researchers' membership of the team
- Help your team understand the role of design research in DBS
What We're Looking For
- Experience in leading teams and driving innovation
- Strong design research practice and process
- Mentorship skills, including delivering feedback both professionally and creatively
