**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Administer student admission, withdrawal, course completion, attendance tracking, and payment processes with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage the front desk and provide exceptional customer service to walk-in customers, students, and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate various administrative tasks between different departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Provide support to the Head of School and Lecturers as needed, ensuring the delivery of high-quality academic programs.
  • Assist in coordinating events, workshops, and outreach activities to promote student engagement and success.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the department manager to contribute to the overall success of the team.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum Diploma or full GCE A level holder.
  • Preferably 1-2 years of relevant working experience in an academic institution.
  • Excellent track record in customer service, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
