**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Student Service Executive at MyCareersFuture. As a key member of our academic support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our student services.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Administer student admission, withdrawal, course completion, attendance tracking, and payment processes with accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage the front desk and provide exceptional customer service to walk-in customers, students, and stakeholders.
- Coordinate various administrative tasks between different departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Provide support to the Head of School and Lecturers as needed, ensuring the delivery of high-quality academic programs.
- Assist in coordinating events, workshops, and outreach activities to promote student engagement and success.
- Perform other duties assigned by the department manager to contribute to the overall success of the team.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum Diploma or full GCE A level holder.
- Preferably 1-2 years of relevant working experience in an academic institution.
- Excellent track record in customer service, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
