Job Overview

We seek an experienced Banking Innovation Leader to join our team in Singapore, who will play a critical role in driving our company's growth by formulating and executing effective sales strategies to penetrate the Thailand, Vietnam, and Philippines markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, with a focus on developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders within target banks.
  • Work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer to develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to target and win new businesses within the banking sector.
  • Identify and engage with key decision-makers and stakeholders at prospective client organizations to understand their pain points and present our compelling solutions.
  • Meet and exceed revenue growth targets through new bank partnerships and strategic collaborations.
  • Provide guidance and support to cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure alignment and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to develop creative solutions for new bank partnerships.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and progress updates to executive teams and C-level executives at target banks.

About You

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, with 10+ years of Sales and Partnerships/Account Management experience in Financial Technology/Consulting space.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets, specifically in the Banking as a Service space.
  • Existing strong relationships within the banking industry in regional Asian markets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a bigger team to achieve business goals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving results aligned with business strategies and goals.

What We Offer

An estimated annual salary of SGD 150,000 - 200,000, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth and professional development.
