Global Cyber Threat Hunting Role

We're seeking a proactive and achievement-oriented individual to join our Global Cyber Threat Hunting Centre as an Analyst. The ideal candidate will be responsible for proactively hunting and detecting cyber threats across the Banking group globally.


About the Role

This role involves implementing detection-as-code as the core tenet of the Threat Hunting program. Continuous refinement and elevation of Threat Hunting and Detection Engineering practices, such as introducing AI/ML to enhance hunting and detection capabilities.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement threat hunting programs and methodologies, applying detection engineering to achieve objectives.
  • Collaborate with global cybersecurity teams to build a robust and resilient cyber defence posture.
  • Work closely with Global SOC, Threat Intelligence, and Incident Response operations to ensure effective response to global incidents.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Threat Detection, Logging best practices, and Threat Hunting frameworks.
  • Experience in coding such as with Python, data analytics, open source tooling, and/or CICD pipelines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
