
Post-Sales Project Manager

This is a challenging role that requires an experienced project manager to oversee post-sales operations from initial planning through to on-site execution. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent client interaction and business development skills, as well as hands-on problem-solving experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage tenders, quotations, and prepare offers for clients.
- Coordinate on-site activities, from scheduling and resources to final reports.
- Perform high-level troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implement solutions.
- Provide technical support online and on-site, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Liaise with international partners and suppliers to resolve technical issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation and close projects with timely invoicing.
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Candidates with strong networks in pharmaceutical industries are highly advantageous.
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
- Willing to perform on-site troubleshooting.
- Class 3 driving license required.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
A degree in mechanical engineering or a related field is essential for this role. Strong analytical and communication skills are also crucial. Additionally, the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide timely support is vital.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused. They will possess excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
