About the Role:
As a Frontline Operations Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic.
Your responsibilities will include registering patients, scheduling appointments, and providing patient care.
You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, supporting healthcare professionals with language translation services, and ensuring clinic facilities are clean and well-maintained.
Key Tasks:- Registration and appointment scheduling for patients
- Attending to walk-in patients and answering phone enquiries
- Supporting healthcare professionals with language translation services
- Maintaining accurate patient records and managing drug inventory
- Ensuring clinic facilities are clean and well-maintained
- Conducting routine checks and audits within the clinic
- Assisting with daily operations, including patient management indicators
- Supporting medical report submission and claims processing
- Covering other facilities when necessary due to staffing shortages
No prior experience is required, but the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to work independently.
Working Hours:Monday to Friday (5.5 days): 8am to 5pm, Saturday: 8am to 1pm
Contract Duration:6 months with potential for permanency
Remuneration:$2.6K maximum
