Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and professional Luxury Condominium Security Specialist to join our team at a luxury condominium in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and well-being of residents, visitors, and staff within the premises.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and control access to the condominium premises, verifying authorized persons before entry.
  • Conduct regular patrols of the property to maintain a secure environment and detect potential security issues.
  • Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies, utilizing surveillance systems (CCTV) as needed.
  • Manage and operate CCTV systems, maintaining accurate security logs and incident reports.
  • Enforce condominium policies and procedures related to security and safety, providing clear guidance to residents and guests.
  • Offer excellent customer service, ensuring a welcoming environment for residents and visitors.
  • Collaborate with local authorities, emergency services, and management in case of security breaches or emergencies.
  • Maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of residents at all times.
  • Support the maintenance of a secure environment during high-profile events or large gatherings within the condominium.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience as a Security Officer or in a similar role, preferably in luxury residential or hospitality settings.
  • Relevant security certifications in Singapore (e.g., PLRD License).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with residents and visitors.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when observing and reporting incidents.
  • Physically fit and capable of conducting regular patrols and handling emergency situations.
  • Familiarity with security systems such as CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
  • Willingness to work on shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
