We are looking for a skilled professional to lead our contractual affairs in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts, as well as managing relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and ensure full compliance with contractual terms, conditions, and legal obligations
  • Keep contract documents and related correspondence current and well-organized
  • Identify, prepare, and submit claims, variations, and extension-of-time requests
  • Negotiate claim and variation settlements with clients and subcontractors
  • Evaluate contractual risks and recommend mitigation strategies
  • Ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards
Requirements:
  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Law, or related field
  • Min. 8 years of experience in contract management in road construction, civil works, and/or infrastructure projects
  • Proven experience in claims preparation, dispute resolution, and cost control
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, contract management software, and project documentation tools
