Job Title: CRO - Risk Manager, Operational Resilience, BCM and Crisis Management

We are seeking a seasoned Risk Manager to lead our Operational Resilience efforts in Asia Pacific and Middle East. The ideal candidate will have experience in Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Crisis Management.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement operational resilience strategies to mitigate risks.
  • Lead BCM exercises and crisis management planning to ensure business continuity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess potential risks.
  • Design and implement risk mitigation plans to minimize losses.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in risk management and operational resilience.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective risk mitigation strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
