Legal Associate in Funds

This role involves working as part of a dynamic and innovative team within our Funds & Investment Management Practice. The team provides expert legal advice on a wide range of matters including private equity, hedge funds, real estate and other investment products.

The ideal candidate will be a skilled and knowledgeable lawyer with a strong understanding of the relevant laws and regulations. They will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively with colleagues, clients and other stakeholders.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting senior lawyers in the preparation and review of legal documents and agreements related to funds and investments;
  • Conducting research and analysis on various topics related to funds and investments;
  • Developing and maintaining knowledge of changes in laws, regulations and industry trends affecting funds and investments;
  • Working closely with the client service team to ensure that client needs are met efficiently and effectively;
  • Requirements:
  • Admission to the Singapore Bar;
  • Relevant experience in funds and investments, either in practice or academia;
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills;
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
