About the Role:

As a seasoned Global Finance Systems Project Manager at AIRWALLEX (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD., you will be responsible for driving and tracking the execution of strategic initiatives and program development with a focus on our finance systems and platforms that enable us to grow and scale globally.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and prioritize project plans, establish clear accountability for project tasks, monitor project timelines and adjust plans as necessary to meet evolving requirements
2. Oversee the implementation of new finance systems, enhancements to existing systems, and system integration, ensuring they meet business requirements and improve operational efficiency
3. Work closely with Finance, IT, and other cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure alignment with business objectives
4. Provide technical suggestions and expertise in finance systems architecture, integration, and data management
5. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes
6. Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, ensuring they deliver quality solutions and services

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
3. Proven experience project management with a focus on finance systems implementation and optimization
4. Strong technical knowledge of ERP system and integration technologies
5. Strong understanding of finance and procurement processes and requirements
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot system issues
7. Ability to identify and address challenges proactively
8. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and autonomously in a fast-paced environment
