Job Title: Delivery Operations Specialist

 

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing island-wide collection and delivery of small parcels/documents/medications. Additionally, you will plan routes for assigned jobs on a daily basis.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Collection and delivery of small parcels/documents/medications across the island.
  • Develop and execute daily routes for assigned jobs to ensure timely delivery.
  • Adapt to changing work environments with minimal disruption.

 

Requirements:

  • Hold a valid Class 2B driving license.
  • Own a motorbike with a box attached for secure transportation.
  • Possess commercial motorcycle insurance coverage.
  • Familiarity with Singapore road networks is essential.
  • Have experience using mobile applications for job assignments and proof of delivery.
  • Exhibit excellent customer service skills and a positive working attitude.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
