Job Title: Sr. Creative Visionary

The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee film and video production projects, leading the creative vision and guiding actors and crew members to bring scripts to life visually on set.

In this capacity, you will craft and develop creative video proposals that meet clients' project objectives, involve yourself in pre-development phases, and collaborate with technical teams to achieve desired aesthetics.

This key position requires a strong portfolio showcasing previous work, a diploma or bachelor's degree in filmmaking, mass communications, public relations, or business administration, and 3 years of relevant working experience.

You should be able to adapt to fast-paced environments, demonstrate strong leadership and critical thinking skills, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
