We are seeking a talented BIM Modeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building information modeling and be proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.

As a BIM Modeler, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining detailed 3D models of buildings or infrastructure projects. This includes updating and maintaining BIM models and drawings to reflect design changes, construction progress, and as-built conditions.

You will also be responsible for managing the process of exchange and coordination of BIM model with consultants, client, and stakeholders. Additionally, you will generate shop drawings for preliminary, design, construction, and as-built stages from BIM models.

The successful candidate will have a degree in Structural/Architecture/Engineering/Construction/MEP or equivalent, and at least one year of experience in BIM Modeling or drafting work in building construction and project execution.

This role requires excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills. You must be able to work effectively in a team environment and be proactive in identifying and solving problems.
