Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned AI Security Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for cultivating robust security frameworks for AI systems, identifying vulnerabilities, and developing mitigation strategies to safeguard data and infrastructure.

About the Role:

  • Cultivate robust security frameworks for AI systems, identifying vulnerabilities and developing mitigation strategies to safeguard data and infrastructure.
  • Mentor teams in secure AI development practices, strengthening model resilience against adversarial attacks and ensuring alignment with industry standards.
  • Lead the creation of technical policies and guidelines for safe AI technology adoption, advising organizations on risk mitigation and compliance.
  • Collaborate across diverse teams to embed AI security into broader security strategies and frameworks, driving innovation and best practices.
  • Promote expert counsel to senior stakeholders on AI risk mitigation, security trends, and strategic implications, representing the organization at industry conferences and standards committees.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 10+ years in cybersecurity, including 5+ years focused on AI/ML security.
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
  • Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of neural networks, deep learning, reinforcement learning, and AI security techniques.
  • Architecture Skills: Proficiency in software, system, and network architecture design.
  • Knowledge of Standards: Familiarity with AI security frameworks (e.g., OWASP AI Top 10, MITRE ATLAS/AI RMF).
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, OSCP.
  • Hands-on experience with AI security tools and testing (e.g., adversarial robustness, threat modeling).
  • Familiarity with DevOps/DevSecOps pipelines and cloud security.
  • Participation in industry standards or research initiatives related to AI security.
