Senior Front Office Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Front Office Operations Manager to join our team at H WORLD HOLDINGS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Front Desk, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Front Desk Management: Assist the Hotel Manager in overseeing the front desk operations, including guest check-in/check-out, room assignments, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Guest Service: Provide prompt, courteous, and efficient service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded whenever possible.
- Rate Management: Familiarize yourself with hotel rates and availability, up-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.
- Staff Supervision: Ensure that all front office staff are well-mannered, groomed, and adhere to company standards at all times.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve guest complaints effectively, communicating with management as necessary to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.
- Security and Emergency Procedures: Ensure guest room security, emergency, and fire procedures are followed, promoting the use of safe deposit boxes (El-Safe) and adhering to policies and procedures.
- Qualifications: Minimum GCE 'O' Level; Certification in Hospitality or Tourism management is an advantage.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as an Assistant Manager or Team Leader - Front Office/Guest Relations in a hotel.
- Skills: Well-developed communication and customer relations skills, exceptional customer service skills, and proven problem-solving skills.
- Leadership: Strong leadership qualities, professionalism, and excellent presentation.
- Planning and Execution: Good planning and execution skills, ability to be persistent while focusing on detail elements of tasks.
- Independence: Mature, meticulous, resourceful, organized, and able to work independently.
- Flexibility: Able to work on rotating shifts and weekends/public holidays.
- Competitive Salary: SGD $5,000 - $6,000 per month, depending on experience.
