Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Traffic Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the planning and allocation/deployment of drivers and vehicles, as well as updating the transport system.

You will also be responsible for accepting jobs from customers, assigning jobs to prime mover drivers, monitoring and tracking job progress, and checking billings.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess a strong attention to detail.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of transportation systems and procedures, as well as excellent problem-solving skills.

You will also need to be able to work effectively in a team environment and be able to communicate complex information to stakeholders.

Working Hours:

This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Location:

This role is based at our headquarters, with regular travel to various locations as required.
