Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our listed derivatives operations. This involves reconciliations across APAC markets, guaranteeing trade and cash integrity.

You will be responsible for performing daily trade, position, and cash reconciliations for multiple APAC exchanges and clearing houses, investigating and resolving reconciliation breaks efficiently, liaising with internal teams (Middle Office, Trading, Finance) and external parties (brokers, clearing members) to resolve discrepancies, ensuring all reconciliations are completed within market deadlines and internal SLAs.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of APAC listed derivatives markets and clearing processes, as well as proficiency in reconciliation tools and systems. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail are essential, along with strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under pressure. Experience with exchange-traded futures and options across APAC markets, familiarity with regulatory requirements and reporting standards in the region, are highly desirable.
