Job Summary

As a Senior Test Engineer, you will play a key role in leading our dynamic NPI product engineering team. You will work on cutting-edge technologies and collaborate closely with various teams to design, develop, and debug innovative products and solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop ATE test solutions for characterization, production, and wafer sort on Advantest 93K and/or Teradyne tester platforms.
  • Innovate advanced ATE test hardware for high-speed testing.
  • Create detailed test plans and methodologies documentation that meet stringent product specifications.
  • Participate in testability and test plan reviews with DFx and Design teams.
  • Bridge the gap between design and production by converting test patterns from the design simulation environment to ATE format.
  • Optimize test flows, reduce test times, remove unnecessary steps, improve yields, and release production test programs in collaboration with product engineers.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in ATE test solutions, high-speed testing hardware, and test planning methodologies.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience with Advantest 93K and/or Teradyne tester platforms.
  • Familiarity with design simulation environments and ATE formats.
