Project Cost Management Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Project Cost Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that construction projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
• Understand design and plan for civil & structural engineering works.
• Responsible for timely submission of quotations, plans, progress claims, and reports to authorities and clients.
• Monitor and control project costs to ensure budget compliance.
• Prepare and evaluate tender documents, including bills of quantities.
• Conduct site visits if required to monitor progress and ensure adherence to project specifications.
• Prepare and submit regular reports to management regarding cost performance and project status.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, construction management, civil engineering or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of cost management, procurement, and contract administration.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
