Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Biotechnologist to support the set-up of end-to-end production operations within our manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing resource utilization, adhering to cGMP and safety requirements, and meeting project milestones and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the set-up of end-to-end production operations, including preparation and supply of media, buffers, and materials.
  • Optimize manufacturing resource utilization, including manpower and process efficiency.
  • Adhere to cGMP and safety requirements, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Meet project milestones and deliverables, including commissioning and qualification activities, small equipment sourcing, and material introduction.
  • Identify areas for improvement and participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency.
Requirements
  • NITEC / HIGHER NITEC / DIPLOMA in BIOTECHNOLOGY / CHEMICAL ENGINEERING / LIFE SCIENCE or other relevant field.
  • Experience in Biologics / Chemical / Pharmaceutical / Food or other regulated industry preferred.
  • Good communication and documentation skills.
  • Quality mindset and integrity.
  • Basic IT skills, including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
  • Basic knowledge of cGMP.
