We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to manage and coordinate repair and installation projects. This role involves overseeing workshop operations, planning manpower allocation and deployment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and assisting in managing the operations team.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of relevant hands-on experience in the marine industry with valid skills and/or safety certifications. A Class 3 license is advantageous, and availability to work weekends is required.

This position requires troubleshooting expertise, hardware, electrical, PLC, compliance, Windows, and regulatory knowledge. Excellent customer service skills are also essential.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing repair and installation projects

Requirements include:
