Job Title: Transportation Supervisor

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire operation of our transportation fleet, ensuring that all vehicles are properly maintained and operated in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of all company vehicles, including scheduling and coordinating with vendors and technicians.
  • Monitor and control the workflow of maintenance shops, ensuring that all work is completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Coordinate with Work Control to ensure that work orders are opened and closed upon completion of maintenance.
  • Ensure that all vehicles are properly inspected and documented, and that all necessary reports are submitted to management.
  • Participate in weekly managerial meetings to discuss fleet operations and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in managing a transportation fleet, with a strong background in maintenance and repair.
  • Valid Singapore Driver License and a minimum of 5 years of clean driving record.
  • Basic knowledge of all applicable OSH and GOS programs, rules and regulations related to occupational safety.
  • High school diploma or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive.
