We are seeking a highly skilled PLC Service Engineer to lead the installation, commissioning, inspection, and servicing of PLC-controlled marine equipment worldwide. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in PLC and HMI programming, as well as strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities.
About the Role- Lead installation, commissioning, inspection, and servicing of PLC-controlled marine equipment worldwide.
- Provide remote support to service engineers or be on-site for troubleshooting of PLC, HMI, sensors, VFDs, and control networks.
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled service interventions worldwide.
- Mentor junior engineers and service technicians in PLC diagnostics and safe electrical work.
- Plan and prepare service interventions.
- Ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards.
- Degree or diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Hands-on PLC and HMI programming experience (Siemens, Mitsubishi, ABB, Schneider).
- Marine/offshore experience is a plus.
