About the Role

In this exciting opportunity with DBS Bank, you will have the chance to work closely with Relationship Managers to deliver exceptional service to high net worth clients. Your primary objective will be to support these key stakeholders in achieving client retention through timely and efficient transaction processing, ensuring seamless service delivery to meet the evolving needs of our discerning clientele.

Responsibilities
  • You will serve as a critical interface between clients and internal teams, working collaboratively to resolve any issues that may arise during account maintenance or transactions.
  • Your responsibilities will include monitoring client funds for payment, preparing fax instructions and loan disbursement documents, and initiating new account openings or closures as required.
  • You will also track and follow up on outstanding documentation and client fee payments, maintaining accurate records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's Degree with at least 3 years of experience in a banking services role is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are crucial for building effective relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • You should possess a solid understanding of banking products and services, including financial and investment offerings, as well as offshore compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • CACS Certifications 1 & 2 would be an added advantage.
