Job Purpose:

This is a senior management role within the Transfer Agency operations, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to internal and external clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the delivery of the team's tasks in a timely, accurate, and controlled environment.
  • Ensure the team meets performance, service quality, and service delivery expectations.
  • Oversee the volume, quality, integrity, timeliness, and delivery of complex deliverables.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory obligations.
  • Represent the Transfer Agency in a competent and professional manner with external vendors and clients.
Requirements:
  • At least 8 years of working experience in Transfer Agency operations or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of Transfer Agency services and operations in Singapore.
  • Extensive industry experience in fund administration.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively represent the TA function operationally.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Professional qualifications in a related field.
  • Subject Matter Expert in multiple or specific skill sets, business areas, or products.
  • Demonstrated project management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.

  • Effective organization and time management skills.
  • Liaising effectively with other parties, both internally and externally.
