Lead Gymnastics Instructor Opportunity

Looking to pursue a rewarding career as a gymnastics coach? We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic instructor to lead our kids' gymnastics classes.

As a Lead Gymnastics Instructor, you will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging lesson plans that cater to the needs of young gymnasts aged 3-7 years. Your primary focus will be on teaching fundamental artistic gymnastics skills in a fun and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver high-quality gymnastics programs that meet the needs of our youngest students
  • Work closely with senior coaches to develop and refine class plans and coaching techniques
  • Conduct gymnastics classes with a focus on safety, skill development, and enjoyment
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, attendance tracking, and event planning
  • Support athletes in preparing for competitions or in-house performances
Requirements:
  • Strong background in gymnastics coaching, with experience working with children aged 3-7
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative lesson plans
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic first aid knowledge and certification preferred
