This role will be responsible for leading an Agile team to deliver the product vision and roadmap of the wholesale and SME banking platforms in partnership with business and technology partners. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes and be able to articulate use-cases and user-stories for identified features and capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Agile team as Product Owner to deliver the product roadmap required to support business growth and strategy of the wholesale and SME banking segments.
- Gain in-depth understanding of business processes to articulate use-cases and user-stories for identified features and capabilities.
- Work in Agile framework and be accountable for delivery of product build roadmap by ensuring that platform roadmaps are prioritized against business needs.
- Maintain regular connect and engagement with key stakeholders to refine platform and lead the team to work towards optimizing product value based on feedback.
- Collaborate with Agile team members to deliver wireframes, user journeys, and product backlog, and other artifacts as needed to support technical design and development.
- Manage modification and enhancements of existing products to address emerging business, user, or regulatory needs.
