We are seeking an experienced Treasury & Loan Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wholesale banking operations and be proficient in Swift systems and Microsoft Excel.
Key Responsibilities- Process and validate Swift messages, managing payment systems and trade settlements.
- Reconcile treasury trades, loan disbursements, and securities transactions with accuracy.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with banks, custodians, and internal teams to resolve settlement discrepancies.
- Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as needed.
- Monitor payment timelines and follow up on outstanding transactions.
- Capture and verify trade details, loan profiles, and cash flows in relevant systems.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in wholesale banking operations (treasury/loan products).
- Strong expertise in fund finance, SBLC/LC, and corporate loan products.
- Proficiency in Swift systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of Treasury Operations, including FX/Money Market, Bonds, and Derivatives (preferred).
- Detail-oriented with strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with international banks and financial institutions.
