Job Title: Digital IC Design Expert

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality SerDes IP products from conceptualization to tape-out.
  • Synthesize and analyze digital circuits using cutting-edge EDA tools.
  • Lead DFT activities, including scan insertion, ATPG, and pattern validation.
  • Collaborate with physical designers and engineers to achieve timing closure.
  • Work closely with test teams to debug production test issues.
  • Identify and resolve functional issues in taped-out devices.
  • Participate in design reviews and support quality processes and documentation.
  • Engage with customer engineers on FPGA verification.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of experience in digital IC design.
  • Proven track record from design to tape-out.
  • Expertise in Verilog HDL and VHDL RTL design, logic synthesis, DFT, ATPG, and timing closure.
  • Familiarity with EDA tools from Cadence and Synopsys.
  • Knowledge of digital and mixed-signal design, USB interface products, graphics processors, and driver products.
  • Understanding of connectivity technologies such as USB, PCIe, MIPI, SPI, and I2C.
  • Strong communication skills, high level of independence, self-motivation, and teamwork.
