Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Care
    • Assist TCM physicians and health advisors during consultations to ensure efficient patient care.
    • Provide basic information about TCM, healthcare, and common ailments to patients.
    • Offer brief explanations of treatment plans and products to patients.
  • Administrative Support
    • Perform receptionist and administrative duties, including patient registration, appointment scheduling, and data entry.
    • Accurately update billing records and reconcile daily collections.
    • Conduct regular stock-taking of clinic supplies and coordinate with external vendors for logistics.
  • Operations Management
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including housekeeping and maintenance.
    • Ensure the clinic is well-organized and efficient in its operations.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills
    • Develop and maintain excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, physicians, and staff.
    • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education and Experience
    • Hold a GCE 'N' Level / GCE 'O' Level / NITEC / Diploma qualification.
    • Have at least 2 years of relevant experience in a clinic or healthcare setting.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Strong customer-service mindset with a focus on patient satisfaction.
    • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Basic IT knowledge and ability to assist with data entry and CRM systems.
  • Language and Cultural Competence
    • Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese (Cantonese or Hokkien) is an advantage.
