This role is part of our Shared Services team responsible for managing projects related to digital forms and workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. We are seeking a highly skilled professional to collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to meet project timelines.
  2. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing Fixed Assets, Accounts Receivable, and Sundry Billing's projects.
  3. Liaison with stakeholders is essential to standardize and streamline processes.
  4. Drafting system specification documentation for new e-forms development is a critical aspect of this role.
  5. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  6. Maintaining transparency by promptly resolving UAT issues is key.
  7. Conducting system demos and end-user trainings as required will also be a vital responsibility.
  8. User enquiries related to digital forms and workflow systems should be handled efficiently.
Requirements:
  1. A degree in any field with 1-3 years of relevant experience is necessary.
  2. Strong technical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are expected.
  3. Experience in Decision software or SAP is an advantage.
  4. High integrity, attention to detail, and proactive attitude are essential qualities for success.
  5. The ability to work independently and under pressure is crucial.
  6. Effective communication and presentation skills are vital.
  7. Customer service-oriented individuals with strong teamwork skills will thrive in this role.
