We are looking for a Senior QS Role expert to lead our facade industry projects. As a senior quantity surveyor, you will perform cost estimates and analysis for potential projects that have been selected for tender.

Your responsibilities will include preparing tender and quotations, reviewing and analyzing Contract Agreement of a project from the client, and reviewing and preparing contract agreement to subcontractors and suppliers.

You will also progress claim to client, finalize claim/account, and liaise with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills, ability to organize, plan, and strategize, and great networking abilities are essential for this role.

The applicant must have at least 3 years experience as QS, preferably in Facade Industry.
