Job Title: Overseas Compliance Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to establish and maintain an effective overseas compliance system. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in internal control and compliance, legal affairs, or auditing.

  • Establish and implement an overseas compliance framework
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and identify potential compliance risks
  • Mitigate potential legal risks and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Develop and implement training programs for overseas employees
  • Monitor and report on compliance-related matters
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Law, Auditing, Financial Management, or Business Management
  • At least 5 years of experience in internal control and compliance, legal affairs, or auditing
  • Familiarity with legal requirements and procedures, ideally in merger & acquisition (M&A) transactions and supply chain management
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese, with the ability to work effectively with international teams
