NPI Product Launch Manager
About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced NPI Product Launch Manager to lead and manage end-to-end new product introduction processes within our plant. This is a key role that requires strong collaboration with internal stakeholders, suppliers, customers, and HQ teams to ensure seamless product and packaging introduction.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and modifying Bill of Materials (BOM) to support assembly process, maintaining and updating data in SFC (Shop floor control) system & SAP system, understanding and supporting Server & Rack assembly process, contributing to packaging design for racks and large-scale assemblies, driving or participating in continuous improvement initiatives, providing on-the-ground support during production ramp-up, and participating in internal and external ISO audits.
Requirements:- Degree or Diploma in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably involving NPI or process engineering.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Solid project management and organizational skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a hands-on approach.
