Procurement Expert

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our organization. As a key member of our purchasing department, you will be responsible for sourcing and negotiating with suppliers to secure the best possible pricing for our daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cary out procurement duties to ensure timely stock replenishment for our outlets' daily needs
  • Source and evaluate suppliers to secure competitive pricing and high-quality goods
  • Maintain and update our supplier database in Navision, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Liaise with suppliers to build strong relationships and ensure timely delivery of goods
  • Support the purchasing team in other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE O-Level qualification or equivalent
  • Prior experience in procurement or purchasing is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Navision will be an added advantage
