We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleanroom Supervisor to join our team at HITACHI PLANT SERVICES CO., LTD. in the Semiconductor industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the installation team to ensure safe, high-quality, and on-time delivery of projects and solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Assist the Project Manager/Site Manager in planning, managing, and ensuring the smooth implementation and monitoring of projects from inception to completion on time and of desired quality.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage the installation team (subcontractors/vendors) to ensure safe, high-quality, and complete-on-time delivery of projects and solutions.
- Site Administration: Be responsible for effective site administration, including site safety and control of materials/plants on site.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all safety compliances and processes are adhered to by all subcontractors.
- Site Operations: Assist in managing and monitoring site operations, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Coordination and Supervision: Coordinate and supervise to ensure works are carried out efficiently and on schedule.
- Communication: Able to communicate with all levels and attend site meetings on a daily basis.
- Education: Possess at least an ITE Certificate/Diploma in Engineering/Construction/BCCS or equivalent.
- Experience: Preferably with 2-3 years of working experience in the building construction industry.
- Skills: Familiarity with semiconductor services sequence of works is essential.
- Personal Qualities: Self-driven, able to work within tight deadlines, a team player who is hands-on and meticulous in their work.
- Annual Leave: 17 days, up to 21 days.
- AWS: 1 month.
- Commuting Allowance: $88 – If possess own motorcycle.
- Transportation Claims: 2-ways public transport claims.
- Petrol Claims: Mileage claims at $0.10/km.
- Mobile Phone Claims: Up to $100.
- Medical Claims: Up to 80%.
- Annual Health Screening: Up to $200.
- Dental Benefits: Up to $100 annually.
8:30am to 5:30pm (5 days' work week).
