Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front of House individual to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kiosks and courts, providing excellent customer service, and supporting our business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as checking the messaging system for bookings, responding to emails, and managing calendars.
  • Assist in preparing and organizing documents, reports, and draft emails.
  • Maintain and update records and databases.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors.
  • Handle inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist in managing inventory and ordering supplies.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating events and functions.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
  • Serve finger food and drinks to customers.
  • Operate the beer tap.
Requirements
  • Strong customer service skills with a polite, friendly, and professional demeanor.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of retail operations.
  • Level 1 food safety and hygiene certification is a plus (Food handling requirements).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Must be eligible to work in Singapore.
  • Able to work from 10am-6pm, based on scheduling.
