  • To support our kitchen operations, we seek Kitchen Assistants & Stewards who can ensure the kitchen runs smoothly, cleanly, and efficiently. No prior experience is required - we provide on-the-job training and career advancement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist chefs with food preparation tasks such as cutting, peeling, and portioning ingredients.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment and work areas.
  • Wash dishes, cookware, and utensils promptly.
  • Handle waste disposal and keep garbage areas clean.
  • Ensure proper storage of food items and ingredients.
  • Support the kitchen team during peak service hours.
  • Follow hygiene and safety guidelines at all times.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the chef or supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Hardworking, responsible, and willing to learn.
  • Good personal hygiene and cleanliness.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin.
  • Flexibility to work 6 days a week including weekends and rotating shifts.
