Job Title: Cash Flow Manager

Are you a skilled professional looking for a challenging role where you can utilize your analytical skills to drive business growth? Do you have experience in financial planning and analysis, with a passion for revenue forecasting and budgeting?

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cash Flow Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Financial Planning & Analysis team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our revenue planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

Your primary focus will be on analyzing historical data, identifying trends, and developing predictive models to forecast future revenue performance. You will also be responsible for reviewing and challenging submissions from finance business partners to ensure accuracy and consistency.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess exceptional problem-solving skills, the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely, and a strong attention to detail. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of revenue planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
  • Analyze historical data and develop predictive models to forecast future revenue performance
  • Review and challenge submissions from finance business partners to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance (Accountancy / Business) or equivalent
  • Minimum 10+ years relevant post-qualification experience, with at least 4 years in FP&A
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and present to senior leadership
  • Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and storytelling skills
  • Ability to connect the dots and grasp conceptual models
  • Good data visualization and managing large datasets, with superior analytical skills and strong attention to detail
