Job Title: Client Services Liaison

This role is a key support function in the delivery of client projects, encompassing liaison with internal resources and external suppliers, as well as administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal relations skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office products. Additionally, they should have the ability to work independently and interact effectively with individuals at all levels.

  • Responsibilities include greeting visitors, issuing passes, and providing administrative support such as photocopying and faxing.
  • Maintaining a visitors/participants log and arranging hosts to receive visitors are also part of this role.
  • They will be responsible for managing records, adhering to security procedures, and issuing ID badges.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum 'O' level certificate is required, along with strong interpersonal relations ability and excellent oral and written communications skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook, is essential.
  • Candidates must be able to work independently and interact effectively with people at all levels.
