  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement mechanical systems for buildings, including HVAC, fire protection, and plumbing systems;
  • Conduct feasibility studies, life cycle analyses, and planning for building engineering projects;
  • Develop detailed tender documents and technical specifications for projects;
  • Evaluate tenders and prepare thorough assessment reports;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and timely delivery;
  • Provide support in project management and contract administration for building engineering contracts;
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation in mechanical engineering solutions;
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations in Singapore.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution;
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on design experience in building and/or infrastructure projects;
  • Skills: Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks; Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and local building codes in Singapore; Excellent project management and technical skills;
  • Personal Qualities: Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a collaborative team; Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills; Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and meet deadlines;
