Job Description

The Operations department plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth end-to-end processing of transactions and services. Their primary objective is to provide accurate and timely reporting to regulatory stakeholders globally.

Key Functions and Responsibilities
  • Trade Support: The team provides assistance with trade-related activities, ensuring seamless execution and compliance.
  • Financial Settlements: They facilitate financial settlements, managing cash flows and minimizing risks.
  • Physical Settlements: Physical settlement of trades is handled by the team, ensuring prompt and secure execution.
  • LME Trade Clearing Services: They manage LME trade clearing services, providing real-time updates and status reports.
  • Clearing and Vaulting Services: The team offers comprehensive clearing and vaulting services, safeguarding assets and minimizing risks.
  • Structured and Banking Products support: They provide support for structured and banking products, assisting clients with complex financial solutions.
  • Facilitation of trade finance and documentary credit products: The team facilitates trade finance and documentary credit products, streamlining international trade operations.
  • Confirmations: They ensure timely confirmations, maintaining transparency and trust throughout the transaction process.
  • Cash, Interest Claims and Nostro management: The team manages cash, interest claims, and Nostro accounts, ensuring accurate record-keeping and smooth cash flow.
  • Brokerage Services: They offer brokerage services, connecting clients with relevant market participants and facilitating efficient trading.
